- Capturing information from records into databases, tables and spreadsheets.
- Checking captured information for errors or missing details.
- Reviewing and validating information obtained from files and records.
- Submitting completed data.
- Making regular backups of captured information.
- Updating registers and statistical information.

- Sorting, organising and securing records.

- Collecting correspondence from the general office.
- Distributing files and correspondence to Registrars.
