Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales forecasts and market performance to support strategic planning.
- Prepare marketing strategies, objectives, and promotional plans.
- Organize promotional events and presentations.
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Prepare marketing reports by analyzing sales and market data.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures and flyers.
- Conduct competitor research by evaluating products, services, pricing, market share, and marketing strategies.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Establish and maintain industry contacts and mailing lists.
- Set sales targets and develop training programmes for staff.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and business development strategies.
- Meet with clients to understand their changing needs and strengthen customer relationships.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
Qualifications Required
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ proven experience in marketing, corporate relations, event management, brand management, and sales.
- Tanzanian nationality.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills.
- High level of discipline and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
